Additionally, all of your paid invoices are coded for medical billing, making it a breeze to submit your invoices to your insurance company for reimbursement. Don’t feel like you can afford counseling and coaching? No worries, we've got you covered - We accept all major credit cards, offer payment options, and offer financial assistance/scholarships for those in need.

1. Choose the type of counseling/coaching you need.
   Choose the type of counseling that you feel that you need. Don’t worry, if you need more than one service, then let your counselor know when you have your first initial visit with him/her.
2. Choose the Counselor that best connects with you.
   Choose and schedule your no cost initial visit with that counselor. You can either schedule online or call us. (Don’t worry if you pick the wrong one, we do everything out of relationship and we will help you connect with the right one).
3. Meet with your Counselor/Coach for the first time.
   When you meet with your counselor/coach for the first time (your initial visit), it’s usually done over the phone or via tele-health. This is a great time to share your heart and ask questions to make sure that Love Factor and your counselor/coach will be able to meet your needs. At this time you and the counselor, if you decided to allow Love Factor to walk the journey with you, will schedule your first session.
